Visualmodder is built with a simple philosophy: learning to code should be accessible to everyone. Our goal is to make the entire solution, including the plugin and basic usage, available at little to no cost whenever possible.
You can run Visualmodder on your own Minecraft Java server, use it for personal learning, small groups, or educational experiments, all without mandatory fees.
At the same time, if you are using Visualmodder as part of a commercial activity, such as paid courses, organized training programs, or revenue-generating services, we ask for a fair contribution. This helps support ongoing development, maintenance, and free access for the wider community.
When Visualmodder is used in structured environments, such as schools, courses, or non-profit programs with larger groups, it becomes part of an organized educational offering. In these cases, a contribution helps sustain the platform, ensure ongoing development, and provide support for long-term use.

Personal use
Set up your own Minecraft server and install the Visualmodder plugin. This option is intended for small classes or learning groups with up to 5 students.

One-Time Event
Ideal for workshops or single events. Request a one-time license, set up your own server, and use the plugin with up to 25 students for the duration of your event.
License: Free (one-time)
Regular Classes
Designed for recurring courses or regular teaching. Request a pro license, set up and manage your own server, and run classes with full control.
License: 90 CHF/month or 900 CHF/year
Full Support
We handle the complete server setup, monitoring, and maintenance for you. This option is ideal if you want to focus entirely on teaching without managing technical infrastructure.
Long-term support: 3000 CHF / half-year

- The license and support pricing is per server and covers up to 25 concurrent students. The license is not tied to individual students, but to the number of students connected at the same time. Unlike Minecraft Education Edition, you don’t need to purchase a new license for every student each year, only the maximum number of simultaneous users on the server is limited.
- We can consider adding new features and languages. The cost for additional requests needs to be evaluated based on their usefulness for the entire community.
